We will be in regular contact with the client and arrange
to meet the first time that the client visits Dubai in order
to formulate detailed plans. The alternative is of course
telephone or email.
We escort the client and the family on a trip around Dubai
and explain some ways of getting around. We explain about
shopping, sights restaurants, clubs and recreational facilities.
We advise on shopping according to the clients and family
needs. The trip is designed so that the client and family
get a good feel for the size and facilities of Dubai.
For the visits, we will collect the client and family and
accompany them throughout the day. We provide a debriefing
session at the end of the day. Feedback is vital so that we
can meet their needs as accurately as possible.
Once a home has been chosen we will assist during the signing
of the rental agreement, checking terms and conditions.
Please note we do not accept commission from real estate agents.
Enigma will also be present for the freight delivery and assist
with the unload/unpack.
According to the needs of the client and family we list relevant
schools and child care facilities.
